Equipment under warranty
The warranty is for twenty-four months and is limited to either the replacement or repair of components found to be defective by us. Please enclose a dated proof of purchase. The provisions of this warranty can only be invoked by the purchaser if the equipment is used under normal conditions. They are not applicable in case of wrong manipulation or use contrary to our recommendations of use and in any case to the rules of art in the matter. All returns must be sent to us carriage paid and packed.
Cautions :
The equipment must be returned preferably in its original packaging and placed in a second packaging with protections, containing the first one in order to protect it from any risk of deterioration during transport. A fall of 1m00 of height must be able to be supported without damage, the returned equipment travels at your own risk and the damage consecutive to a bad packing will be the subject of an invoicing.
Required information:
A letter or a form with the sender’s contact information: Name and surname, or company name Number and street name Postal code and city Country if it is another country than France Telephone no. Fax no. and e-mail address And above all, a description of the defect or breakdown observed with, if possible, the circumstances of its production.
Out of warranty equipment :
An estimate will be systematically sent to you before the execution of the work and submitted to your acceptance. In case of refusal, the material will be returned to you free of charge (metropolitan France) “unrepaired” or destroyed with your agreement.
