Precautions :

The material must be preferably sent back in its original packing and be placed in a second packing with protections in order to protect the product and avoid all risks of deterioration during transportation. The packing must resist a fall of 1 meter height without any damages. The returned product travels to your own risks, and the damages due to a bad packing will be invoiced.

Full name, or Company name
Street number and Street name
Zip code and City
Country (if different from France)
Phone and fax numbers and e-mail address
And especially a description of the default or breakdown with, if possible, the circumstances of how it's happened.

Material still guaranteed :

Join a dated proof of purchase, for example : a copy of the invoice. If the default has not been caused by a bad use, a shock or a plugging error, the product will be repaired without any charges. The material will be sent back to you for free (for Metropolitan France only).

Material out of guaranteed :

We will systematically send you a quotation before repairing and it will be subjected to your approval. In case of disapproval,the material will be sent back to you for free (for Metropolitan France only) not repaired.
